1. If you believe your copyright has been infringed
If a listing on Vaza uses your photos, text, or other copyrighted material without permission, email with the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
- A link to (or the listing ID of) the Vaza listing you're reporting
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate, and that you're the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
2. What happens next
We'll review valid reports and remove or disable access to infringing listings. We'll also notify the seller who posted the listing.
3. If your listing was removed
If you believe your listing was removed in error, email us at the address above with your listing ID and an explanation. We'll review counter-notifications in good faith.
4. Repeat infringement
Sellers who repeatedly post infringing content may have their listings removed and their account suspended.
