Why we exist
Most classifieds sites just connect a buyer and a seller and leave everything else - payment, arranging delivery, sorting out problems - entirely up to the two of you. Vaza builds that part in: secure checkout through a real payment gateway, order tracking from payment to delivery, and a genuine dispute process if something goes wrong.
How it works
A seller lists an item. A buyer pays securely through Vaza's checkout. The seller ships the item, and the buyer confirms once it arrives. If something goes wrong at any point, either side can raise a dispute and a member of our team will review it and decide a fair resolution.
